Life coach for children, adults, teams and organizations

Are you ready for a personal development adventure? Because you would like to get more self-esteem or because new things give you the shivers and you’d like to tackle this once and for all? Or because illness, work or other challenges make you feel insecure?  Under the name SpeelAtelier I work as a life coach for both children and adults from all walks of life – young and old, healthy and ill, insecure and brave. People like you and me, who’d like to feel more comfortable in their skin.

Coach sessions at SpeelAtelier

During a coach session with you, I work solution focused and from a holistic perspective. Throughout an analytical approach combined with active and creative methods, such as art-, nature-, play- and animal-assisted-coaching, I work with you (and when necessary with your parents) on your personal development adventure. Curiousity, warmth, spontaneity, enthusiasm, trust and resilience are key words in this process.
